Please make sure there is one chair per stylist and surfaces the stylists can set up their tools and products. We have heat proof mats for surface protection.

Blow dries are not offered and everyone should arrive with clean, dry hair. Anyone with damp or wet hair will need to completely dry themselves before they’re styled. We will not have the appropriate drying tools/ products in our kits! If this causes the flow to be interrupted or the timeline to be extended, additional fees will apply. One day old hair is fine, but no dirtier than that.

It is suggested for anyone receiving hair services to have a straight, smooth blowout utilizing mousse the day/ evening before, then not washing again for the morning of the wedding. This helps control frizz and provides optimal hold for your styles on wedding day! This is strongly encouraged. Wash twice, no conditioner.

If you have curly hair and would like to work with your natural curls, stick to using your curl enhancing products. All curls are created different, and who knows yours better than you? Again, please arrive with completely dry hair. Touch ups can be made with heat tools for any unruly curls.

If your hair does not hold a curl well on a good day and you want to wear your hair all down or half down with curls/ waves, please have an updo in mind in the event your stylist suggests this change due to weather, humidity, etc.

Please have inspo pics saved directly to your phone to show your stylist (not saved on Pinterest or other internet reliant platforms). Tell your stylist what you like and what you don’t like. Remember, inspo is for inspiration- replication cannot be guaranteed.

Please no pony tails or any styles that secure with a tight elastic band the night before to sleep or the morning of... as it can create funny hair patterns at the roots. This also goes for clips. Secure hair back loosely if needed.

Steaming dresses should NOT be done after hair and/ or makeup. Please assign steaming dresses to someone not getting hair and/ or makeup services, have this done the night before if possible, or have done before services begin. Steaming should not be done in the same room services are actively being performed.

It is highly recommended to wear shirts/ tops that can be easily removed such as with zippers or buttons up the front or something large enough to step out from the top to avoid messing up your hair.

While our MUA's are prepared with lip colors during your appointments, we strongly encourage each person to bring their own to be able to re-apply throughout the day.

Lashes are included in makeup services. If you do not wish to wear lashes, you may opt out. Let your MUA know when you sit for your service.

Please arrive with a clean, bare face. You may apply your own moisturizer, or your MUA can apply one for you.

Makeup applies best to exfoliated skin, so be sure to exfoliate well the day before.

Dermaplaning is another great way to exfoliate as well as remove the baby hairs on your face, furthermore aiding in your makeup application. This may be done 2-5 days before your event. (Not suggested if you’ve never had this done before… no experimenting right before wedding day! Improper treatment can cause acne.)
